Dr. Silverstone was my eye doctor for more than a year. I had to drive one hour and never missed an appointment. This last week me and my wife were through a difficult time because our health. We had and appointment the same day but with different doctors. I completely forgot about my appointment. I tried to cancel it but was too late. Dr. Silverstone sent me a letter discontinuing me as his patient. I noticed he doesn't believe in second chances. For me that lack of empathy shouldn't come from a professional doctor specially since he knows I'm going through problems with my thyroide, reason why I was his patient.

One of the perks, coming from a tight circle of medical professionals-we know who the best Doctors are! I admit I’m a rather difficult patient, especially when it comes to anything eye related. In fact I can’t even touch my own eye balls! People with such phobias typically need to seek out Doctors with incredible skill, a calming demeanor and a great deal of patience-or we would never get through an eye exam. Dr. Silverstone is exactly that kind of Doctor. I have had a trusting relationship with him for many years. His assistant C.J. is the new standard I will judge all medical assistants by! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming-I love them all! When you become a new patient-you too will Clearly See !
