Dr. Phillips is awesome! He so friendly and gets you in and out. He is very good with our 12 daughter too.

The office staff of Dr. Phillips is incompetent and unprofessional. They are liars, lazy and have no clue what they are doing. I do not recommend Dr. Phillips Eye Clinic Chuck OD at all and it will be the last time my family ever uses his services.
I will make sure to rate him low every time I have an opportunity! PERIOD!
