Customer service here is great and the staff are very kind. But when I went in they didn't have the dilator eye drops available and didn't tell me until we were at the end of the eye exam. And the frames are not good quality. Within my household we've purchased three pairs of the glasses - the acetate ones by Philly Eyeworks had spontaneous cracks in the frames in less than a year. I got metal frames and they started developing tarnish spots all around the edges within six months. So maybe they are cheap up front, but with other brands I've been able to wear them for 2-3 years before they showed noticeable signs of wear, whereas I'll definitely be replacing these around the one year mark.
