Great experience. The staff including Dr. Patel were FANTASTIC! I felt a ease and comfortable. I definitely would recommend them, even if it's for a second opinion. That's how I found out I have another issue that needs to be addressed before anything else can be done. If I had gone with the first diagnosis I feel my sight could have been put at an unreasonable risk. These people are everything that is professional without the quick sale, money above all care that we as patients fear. Kudos Phoenician Eye Specialists. 10*

Dr Patel is an excellent eye dr. I originally went to him , due to blurred vision , that came on suddenly in one eye. My previous eye dr .couldnt fit me in for 3 weeks, after I had been going to him for 15 yrs. I called Dr.. Patels office and I was able to get in the next day.He took care of that problem and also removed my cataracts. He is excellent and very caring, I would go no where else. His office staff are the best They are also very caring.

Dr Patel is gentle, kind and professional! I have a great deal of confidence in him. before my surgery, however, I kept getting the run-around from his staff when trying to get pre-op information that was omitted from my packet and almost cancelled surgery the day before it was scheduled. Fortunately, I was able to get the information online from other doctors. Everything has been fine since then! Staff have been helpful.
