Always have had the best care. From the front office to the entire staff Dr Jones’ staff has always given the best care from bed side manners to professionalism and experience. I pay out of pocket and feel the prices are in line with other offices. I currently have Kaiser Permanente insurance and opt to go here due to the lack of care and being misdiagnosed at KP. I’ve been coming here for two years and will continue to come back here. I highly recommend Dr Jones III

I was referred to Physicians Eye Clinic to deal with a cataract. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, to the follow up appointments after my surgery. I was greeted by friendly professional staff, who worked so well together. They kept me at ease throughout the process, always ensuring my questions were answered and everything was in place and explained to my satisfaction. Dr. Bealzer and his staff did an amazing job of caring for me and here I am 10 days out after surgery I had an amazing outcome. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

Dr. Jones III is the best!!! I recently had cataract surgery and I had a very positive experience. My vision hasn't been this clear for years it's truly amazing. Everyone from the front office staff to the surgery center staff made me feel comfortable with the procedure and the healing process. So thank you ALL so much!!!

No difficulties with arranging an appointment or completing the new patient paperwork. The staff is efficient and pleasant.
Dr. Jones listens to your concerns and answers any questions you may have. I would recommend his office.

Front desk staff- not in person nor on the phone, have I ever encountered such poor customer service skills. They always treat you as if they are doing you a favor, cut you off, and fail to be accurate. Definitely not a good image to have to have the hassle of dealing with drama every time you need help, or heaven forbid need help after a procedure.
