Felt shiny, slick and seedy. Housed in an old used car dealership. Tried to get my medical insurance to bill them as well as use my eye insurance. I mentioned that I had an ophthalmologist and didn’t need medical care. I just needed a new prescription. They didn’t want to see me because of it. Me and mine won’t go back. Front desk people were nice and so was the technician. Two stars instead of one because of them.

The check in process was easy and quick. We were greeted upon arrival and checked in. Our wait time was about 10 mins. We were called to the back to get started. The place was well lit and and neatly decorated. The restroom was clean. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The start of the exam was great. I really appreciate the eye machine to take the pictures because I did not want to be dilated… The exam after that really let me know my left eye had changed. Dr. Worthen was amazing. She was very detailed and nice. I love the fact that she was very through and nice. She explained everything in detail and let me know what was going no with my left eye and wha I needed to do. I do recommend them to family and friends and I will be back.

The experience was good. Front desk lady was super nice and welcoming. I hate going to the doctor, but everything about this eye doctor experience was good. The man who did the exam was cool, the doctor great, the woman who got me all set with the frames took great care of me and kept it in my budget as well as informed me they fix glasses for 25$! That is a steal for a woman who is accident prone.😀
