I've had poor vision since childhood, so I've spent a lot of time and money on eye care. The team at Pine Creek Vision Clinic are very good IMHO. The office has all the modern diagnostic kit so you don't need dilation, which is great if you're trying to squeeze in an appointment during the work day. Selection of frames is limited, but adequate. With my prescription, I've had some screwed up orders, but so far the lab they use for lens fab produces high quality products. Finally, the doctor was able to fit me into a new contact lens brand that was a major improvement in wearing comfort. My wife and daughter are also happy with the care they've received. A very good eye care specialist worthy of my business and trust.

I really liked Dr. Johnston, and was glad there was not a super long wait time to get an appointment. Unlike other reviewers I found the office staff friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, when I went to order my glasses, I really wanted to keep my old frames which I loved. They (and admittedly I) glossed over the paperwork, and I signed a waiver that said my frames might be scratched at the lab. After waiting just about a month, what came back was not a little scratch, but all the color gone from between the lenses, unwearable. I'm really disappointed and while I like the doctor, I want a one-stop shop and will probably not go back because of the lab they use. If you just want the prescription, I recommend them!

Dr. Casey Johnston and his staff are awesome. Every time I’m there I’m well taken care of. Dr. Johnston addressed all my questions, gave me some free samples to try to clear up my red eye, and was efficient and honest. His lovely assistant was great too, I think her name was Laura. Thank you all for always taking good care of me.
