I would like to share my story Dr. Patel and the wonderful staff at Pinnacle Retina truly saved my eyesight. I was only 19 years old with only one good eye, and when my retina detached, I was terrified. By the time I arrived, I could barely see anything at all. Dr. Patel took incredible care of me through 3 successful surgeries; reattaching my retina, removing the gel, and later removing a dense cataract. Thanks to his skill and dedication, I went from literally being unable to see to now having 20/40 vision without glasses. What makes this even more special is that Dr. Patel also helped save my aunt’s eyesight as well, so my family has personally experienced his incredible skill and care more than once. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Patel and the entire team at Pinnacle Retina. They were professional, compassionate, and gave me hope during one of the scariest times of my life. They didn’t just treat my eye, they gave me my vision and confidence back. I will always be thankful and highly recommend Dr. Patel and Pinnacle Retina to anyone needing retinal care.🙏🏻💯

Dr. Patel and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and personable I never had a negative experience at this practice. One thing I love the most about Dr. Patel and his team is we both engage in dialogue, they explain the purpose of every procedure, explain the target numbers, and they give you tips on how to improve your numbers. He's one of the absolute best Retina specialist in the country!

....why do these things happen over the Christmas/New Years period? Without warning I woke up one morning with little to no vision in my right eye. I thought the condition would remedy itself. After a few days of no improvement I mentioned the issue with my wife. She convinced me to see my primary care practitioner who informed me that I might have a retina issue and should be referred to a specialist. When I told my wife she found Pinnacle Retina and called to make an appointment. The receptionist got me an appointment for the next day and Dr. Patel came in specially from his New Years break to see me. Dr Patel booked me in for Surgery the very next day. And so started a long slow recovery period. Dr Patel and the staff at Pinnacle Retina took care of me all the way. At the time I had no concept of how serious my issue was at the time. Was I ever scared that I'd permanently lost vision in my right eye? Simple answer, YES. A year later the sight in my right eye has been fully restored. The following phrase might sound a little trite (if that's the right word), but as far as I'm concerned Dr. Patel worked a miracle. ......lovely people. Thank you.

I was treated for macular degeneration by Dr Patel. He was professional and compassionate as was his entire staff. The injection was nearly painless as was the evening following the procedure. I’ve been to several different retina specialists over the last two years and have never been so promptly taken care of.

I've got so much to share about this ophthalmology office. It's all good. I can't share it all now, but will soon. The one advice I will give is GO! If you want a doctor and team who care about you and your eyes, this is the team to see (no pun intended)! Again, I will share my experience soon!
