First time here for my young son and they were so nice. The two dr ms we talked to were very patient with him also. Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t leave a star at all called to make a possible appointment no they take my insurance made appointments for other people with my exact insurance and the lady was rude claim she does not take my insurance when I called back oh yes we take your insurance but we need prior authorization when I called my insurance company they said no you need no prior authorization for an eye appointment did not bother , calling back not worth a hassle they don’t need my business I can take it somewhere else and get treated with some respect even though you’re very convenient I’d rather go out of my way to be treated with some respect then be treated like some mud on my shoes I wouldn’t go there if they were giving the glasses away for free and I exam they can take their glasses and there are exam and they know exactly where they can put it I may be being rude right now is nothing compared to the way they were being flat out rude ...🤯🤬

The optometrist Dr.Crapanzano, optician Danny, and all the assistants are all top notch. Both my son and i have been treated there for years to the best eye care possible. HiGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very personal treatment, you will be treated individually with great care.

The worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. Doctor and Staff were not friendly at all. Ladies at the front desk are rude, were not helpful in explaining anything just demanded your payment. Doctor was not personable and did not communicate anything to me. Overall experience was horrible. I will never being going back again and I do not recommend.

Very unfriendly ladies at the front desk and unwilling to help..we were not patients but wanted to stop in and possibly buy glasses from them..no one even asked us if we needed any help..in fact we got the impression that if they ignored us we would go away! The front desk lady was very short with us and didn't want to explain anything..they lost a sale because of their unwillingness to help... also a terrible old musty smell when you just walk in was not appealing!

Staff friendly, doctor is good. Girl at front with rainbow glasses is great. The girl named Jen? Jennifer? Idk she's fun and welcoming would definitely recommend when she's there. That eye machine with the air may scare the hell out of you but it's worth it.

Been going here for several years now. Recently made an appointment for an exam. Receptionist was rude and acted like she didn't care. Still went to the appointment. Chalked up the phone call as maybe she was just having a bad day. Big mistake on my part. I was the first appointment of the day. Lady behind the desk was rude. Acted like I was interrupting her day. After waiting a half hour while she spoke to another employee about car repairs they finally took me back for the exam. The lady in scrubs was just as rude. She played it off that she was new and didn't know my history. Fair enough reason except, like I said, been going there for years and seen her several times in the past. I walked out without getting the exam.

Dr. C is the Best!

Dr. Crapanzano and his staff are the best. Thorough eye exams and continuing to stay abreast of new treatments. Office is knowledgeable on health insurance. Dr. Crapanzano was able to diagnose,treat and cure an ongoing problem with my eyes on my first visit. That was 10+ years. Doc also diagnosed a problem with my husband's eyes. This problem was missed by other specialist even the surgeon. 5 🌟 in my eyes.

The doctor is super nice and informative. He definitely takes his time with you. Great selection on glasses I thought. I would give it a 5 star if the lady behind the desk didn't seem like you ticked her off. The girl in the scrubs was nice.

Dr. Crapanzano and the other’s working behind the desk or throughout the office have always treated me with respect, always nice to talk to and have conversations with and make jokes with. I’ve never had an issue and I’ve been going since 2017. I’m always welcomed with friendly, smiling faces. 10/10 recommend this office and will never go anywhere else!

The optometrists are experienced professionals and front desk ladies are wonderful and accommodating. Prices are reasonable as well.

Very professional staff. Dr. Crappenzano is excellent. He is very thorough which is important when you have eye issues. Staff is great and have helped me maximize my insurance benefit and limit my out of pocket expense.

Lady behind the desk was so RUDE!! My child’s first time getting his eyes checked and when she seen us walk in she lowered her glasses gave us a dirty look and looked at the time and said did anyone tell u needed to be here 15 min early? She continued to give us attitude through out the whole process ! She was so rude to my son and I . I will never come here again. The doctor was fine , not very personable but the front desk lady was horrible!!
