She is very knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and explained patiently and in very easy to understand way. This was our first visit and we had a great and positive experience. Never have I experienced such compassionate care from an optometrist. She stuck with me for 4 months to get the right fit and prescription for scleral lenses. I haven't seen this well nor have my severe dry eyes felt this good in over 10 years. She stuck with me all while having her first child during this lengthy process. 5 stars is not enough. She also has such a beautiful personality. Highly, highly recommend her.
