I have been going here for over 5 years. I really enjoy all the people that work there,they are so nice .

Dr. Fahim has helped me out twice now with my eyes. They always get me in quickly and he is very professional.

I would highly recommend this eye clinic to anyone looking for a place locally. The staff are so friendly. The doctors are very professional and respectful. They attended to my needs, when I had eye issues, in a courteous and efficient manner. I highly recommend Port Huron Eye Care, for great eye care! A+++++!!!!

Had a piece of metal in my eye and dr. Labelle was really helpful she was able to get out the object without any problem. The receptionists were also really helpful and I had no problems getting back and getting it taken care of. It was also a better price than urgent care. Best part was pain free.

Very disappointed with treatment in the lobby and pre exam. Shabby building. Got in the wrong room twice and there were people waiting all over the place.

Three appointments at this place, ranging from 9am to 3pm and every single time has led to a packed waiting room and hours of delays. Why should an appt at 9 am not get called back until nearly 11 am? They are always behind here

I had a couple people recommend Dr. Fahim. I am so happy I went to him. My vision went from bad to worse right at the time I was switching insurance. They were all so patient with me and understanding. I had both caterac done within a week with no real discomfort as they fixed my astigmatism and now have 20/20 vision. Thank you!

David Pickelhaupt Dr. Fahim, his wife, and all the staff have always been amazing people, who treated my family as there's. I do miss the snacks his wife would have at times. The services are always compassionate and welcoming, yes at time the office is book full but they are great at what they do.

Smooth appt/testing

All the doctors are amazing! The staff is wonderful! They care so much for the patients. Always so friendly! They listen and do everything they can to make sure needs are met! Top notch eye care!

If you plan on going here, make sure you get a second opinion after you leave or you may end up in the ER, you may have surgery when you don't need it, or might possibly end up blind. I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down.

Long wait times, always over booked, reception could be better

As other reviews state, the office is always over-booked. First few appointments and procedures went well, though I'm pretty certain they don't thoroughly clean instruments in between the many patients they have and I got a bit of an eye infection after a visit. Was told they recommended an injectable long-acting medication, but the office staff never followed through. I even called back after a month and the receptionist agreed she had dropped the ball, but still never called me back. Been months now and zero follow-up from staff or doctor and now looking for a new doctor.

Great caring people

I went and saw Dr. Day today after spending a few hours in the ER the night before so a foreign object in my eye. While the staff at the ER got it out they sent me home in so much pain. I left a voicemail for the doctor's office and was immediately answered the next morning. Dr. Day was able to get me in right away and correct the wrong medications I was on for my eye and took a closer look to see how bad my eye was damaged. Not only that but her staff ran multiple tests and we're so friendly. They even scheduled an immediate appointment for a follow up the next day. I also had eyelid irritation from the eye patches they gave me at the ER and she prescribed a cream to help with it and it's helping wonders. Joanna at this office is above any beyond with customer care and checked on me multiple times and even went over medications with me before my appointment. She made sure the doctor knew what I was coming in for and how my injury happened. She truly is one of a kind. I will absolutely be recommending this eye doctor's office to others. (Note) The first two pictures are me after the ER and the last one is after seeing doctor Day and getting the correct medication for my eye. The difference it's astounding and it's for a laceration across the center of my eye.

Everything is great on every visit. Never had a problem in my 3 appointments over last couple years. Also nice selection of affordable eyeglasses.

I've always had a good quality eXperience since coming here. Haven't had to wait very long. The staff has been professional. The Dr's have been helpful and knowledgeable. It's not a rock concert so it's not a party and good fun but for being a Doctor visit, its no hassles and I definitely recommend this place! 💯👍 …

BEST optometry in town! Here’s how I know: as an out-of-towner who stupidly forgot all of my contact lenses back home for a week-long vacation, I called virtually every eye center in town. 😅 Not only was Port Huron Eye Care staff incredibly friendly and accommodating with checking lens brands for me, they were the only place in town to stock Dailies Total One, so I know they are on top of their game in terms of cutting edge brands that help customers avoid lens dryness. HIGHLY recommend, thank you so much for saving my vacation! 🤩

Edit to specifically thank Dr. Carson Day. My daughter has a fairly rare condition. After dealing with children's hospital for 6 months, going back and forth, seeing a neurologist, and neuro-ophthalmologist it was Dr. Day who finally diagnosed her correctly. She started her on treatment just last week and after 6 long months my 15 yo is back to being a normal teenager. No more eye pain, vision loss, etc. Beyond grateful ♥️ All of the doctors I have seen have been great. I have Macular Degeneration and they like to keep a close eye on that. Very happy that they do have retina specialists that come into town in case my Macular Degeneration worsens and I need shots. Thank you guys!

Took my mom for a checkup/appointment with Dr. Day. She was professional, personal and fabulous! We have macular degeneration in the family and I ended up making appointments with her for me and my husband. She took great care with us and I can't recommend her enough.

I don't know how they get so many people in their office. Way too expensive, $900 for two pair of glasses and a $95 co-pay. My sunglasses were backordered and I canceled order. Not happy! I spent $1,168.00 for one pair off glasses. Robbery!

Such a great experience and results! It was well worth the drive.

After several surgeries to reduce eye pressure it remains the same. It has been impossible to get a correct pair of eyeglasses after several attempts. This is an update with reference to a second opinion. The pressure in my eyes has dropped to a normal range, further investigation is on going. A side effect of this surgery has been extremely dry eyes, and burning eyes when looking at something close for any length of time. In reqard to the eyeglasses, the prescription was in error. Although the second professional said they think they know what was trying to be accomplished.

Plan on a 2 hr visit. All of our appointments have lasted that long. They cram their wait room... were just $ signs to them. No call backs from multiple messages. Save your self time and aggrevation and find another eye doctor.

Excellent eye care! Dr Fahim is very calm and understanding. I appreciate having him as my ophthalmologist.
