Horrendous waiting time and you would expect with so many employees that management would be more efficient but definitely not the case. My mother likes the doctor but looking into changing insurance so we can find a more modern way of doctors who set appointments and keep it within 15 min. of the time you check in. Here over an hour and still waiting.

Staff was very professional, honest and informative. My only complaint is that when I googled directions to Prado's facility I was given directions to an apartment complex which shares the same address. I wish the staff would have informed me of this as I was late.

My overall experience was very good. The Technician was very polite & knowledgeable. The doctor was kind and explained everything to me, he also gave encouraging words. With my condition it was a pleasant experience
