I had such a bizarre experience that I almost felt dirty doing business here. After my eye exam when I was sitting down to see what my cost would be after insurance for new contacts the associate was just… weird. Harmless, but weird. He made me uncomfortable with his mannerisms. He talked a lot on top of it and when he was giving me pricing for purchasing my lenses he would say weird things like, “I know you don’t care about the price per lens but I do, so I’m gonna run these numbers”. Well yes, I do care because I’m the one paying for it but I also wasn’t asking for that to be done. He also assumed I only wanted to use Cooper Vision (CV) lens because they were cheap and that’s what the doctor fitted me to. I had said previously I was open to another lens than the brand I had used in the past but it would have been nice to know. He only ran numbers for CV lenses, not my regular Acuvue lens. I left thinking ok, maybe they will work and I’ll save money. When I left the staff told me they’d text me in a few days to see if I liked the trial lenses enough to order a few months supply. After a few days I didn’t hear anything so I texted the office after hours thinking I’d hear back when they opened. Nope, no one contacted me. Another day later I had decided I didn’t like the lenses they fitted me to because one lense felt thicker in my right eye and it was uncomfortable. I texted their office again and was met with a snarky response the CV lenses are as skinny as the others and did I want to try another brand. I said sure, especially if they have another brand I could try that would save me money. The person texting me said they didn’t have my insurance and couldn’t tell me. What the heck, yes you do you just billed them for an exam. I really didn’t want to sit down again with that weird associate for pricing all over again. I ended up just having them write me a new prescription for my old lens company to take elsewhere to be filled. They never invited me in to see how the CV lenses was sitting in my eye. I also paid an extra $40 for them to do a special scan of my eyes and they never told me any results.

What a great experience we had from the first phone call to picking up new glasses. We were able to make appointments within a couple of days. The care taken of us in the office was incredible.... even if one of my favorite parts was the massage chair. From the front desk to the assistant to the dentist to the optometrist excellent service. And I love the new glasses and their price. Thank you!!!

This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in an eye care center. Not only is it the cleanest, most elegant eye center, but the customer service is amazing too. I had extreme confidence in the doctor and the technicians helping. There was no sales pushing for certain frames or anything of the sort. They simply are super great in there and have amazing customer service. They have earned a dedicated customer! Thank you Precision Eye Care!
