I recently broke a pair of glasses I have been practically codependent on for an entire decade as an integral part of my daily routine, and as the overall look that I have found works best for my basic confidence. I feared the day they would break but “nothing gold can stay”. I ugly cried when it happened. So my priority Monday morning, outside of getting my Daughter to preK, was hoping and praying to find an equivalent replacement. I was not hopeful as I have been buying glasses periodically for years hoping to find a second back up pair that will work but no amount of money on designer labels or different sources even on the vast landscape that is the internet has yielded any success. BUT then I tried Precision Optical at about 81st and Elm, owned by Optician George Dakil. Based on reviews it was a promising first start but still first start, after explaining my insanely impossible white whale search for glasses like my old pair that uniquely worked for very hard to explain specific reasons, he actually found not one but a few pairs that were the real deal!!!! Not just modern takes on what I wanted! I am a thousand percent happy satisfied!!!!! And bonus (priority for sane people) the quality of the lens and fitting were like having a top end tailor! No more glare (no more danger to the road)!!! I feel better than I thought I could After losing my glasses!!! Definitely only Place to go for glasses in Tulsa County but also don’t take my glasses, mostly kidding.

I brought in a broken pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses and George was able to fix them within 2 hours. I had been told by another optical store that offer repairs that the Oakley's were not repairable. One place that I checked with actually recommended Precision Optical. Very grateful for the great and prompt service. You cannot even tell they were ever broken. Thanks George!
