Appointment was on time. Was scheduled for a contact exam as well. Dr noticed that my glasses Rx hadn’t changed, so she didn’t proceed with a contact exam, as I didn’t need one. Appreciated saving the additional money. Dr is very thorough and pleasant.

Excellent customer service. Dr. Horwitz was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained my results, which many doctors have never done before. I appreciated that.

Dr. Horowitz is excellent at her profession. She is personable, very thorough, and efficient. It is obvious she enjoys her job. She happily discussed all of my concerns and answered all of my many questions so I understood what was going on during the examination and afterwards. She took extra steps to ensure I would get the perfect prescription. Thank you to the wonderful supporting staff at her office and Costco staff member, Beth, as well. Beth treated me like family and is very pleasant and professional also. She was attuned to my needs and went above and beyond fitting me for new frames, she even helped me pick them out after I asked for her opinion :) My entire experience with getting new glasses was a great pleasure from the eye exam to purchasing two different frames. I am very grateful for the very thorough and competent care I receive from dr Horowitz each time I visit. She works closely with my ophthalmologist and this collaboration is having a positive effect on the improvement of my eyesight. Dr Horowitz is patient, kind and very approachable.

Costco preferred eye care is a great place to get your glasses. They have a great selection of frames an good prices. The Opticians are all very friendly and helpful. And your new glasses come it fast. They say 10-14 days but I’ve never waited that long.

The entire experience was wonderful! I was seen on time, the eye tests done quicky & efficiently. Dr. Schiff spent time explaining & answering questions that I had. Will definitely come back & refer all my friends too!

Great staff, since it was end of the year it was very busy. Ali did the best he could in that tiny office and squeezed us because of a cancellation that afternoon. Dr. Schiff was very kind to me and my son.

After many years going to Dr. Amy Horwitz OD; this review is long overdue. I recently had another appointment, and as always the service is excellent. Although my eyes have weakened due to age; I completely trust Dr. Horwitz for my eye care, and her staff is quick to answer questions and set up appointments. Dr. Horwitz is always patient, kind, and polite, explains everything she needs to do, talks me through the examination, and even after the exam, she answers additional details regarding my vision test. Their eyeglass department also has a wonderful staff. One of my favorites is Beth, she’s served me several times through the years. As always, inquiring help from Beth, she took time, advising me on which glasses best fit the frame of my face, and purchasing two pair, I got a better deal. If you’re looking for a great place for eye care and the purchase of glasses for a fair price, I highly recommend COSTO optometry department.
