Dr. Horowitz is excellent at her profession. She is personable, very thorough, and efficient. It is obvious she enjoys her job. She happily discussed all of my concerns and answered all of my many questions so I understood what was going on during the examination and afterwards. She took extra steps to ensure I would get the perfect prescription. Thank you to the wonderful supporting staff at her office and Costco staff member, Beth, as well. Beth treated me like family and is very pleasant and professional also. She was attuned to my needs and went above and beyond fitting me for new frames, she even helped me pick them out after I asked for her opinion :) My entire experience with getting new glasses was a great pleasure from the eye exam to purchasing two different frames.
