Over the years I have had eight different eye doctors and Dr. Chan is the best. I don't feel like just a number at his office, he genuinely cares and the results have been exceptional. I wear glasses and contacts and have always had to squint when wearing my glasses because the prescription was off (particularly in my right eye because of my astigmatism); Dr Chan balanced my prescription and I can see clearly with my glasses now! Also, my husband no longer gets headaches because Dr Chan got him into the glasses that work best for him. I highly recommend.

Dr. Chan and his staff are professional and kind. Dr. Chan is knowledgeable and won't steer you wrong.

Our entire family goes to Jose Chan! He is patient, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each step of the procedure that he performs ahead of time! Most appointments are right on time or very short wait times of 10 min to 15 min at the most. We have been going for years!

I came for a contact lens prescription. Dr.Chan was patient and thorough eye exam. He did a fundus examination for me (some doctors didn’t) because my eyes are sensitive and sometimes have allergies.

Everyone at Premier is amazingly professional and friendly. My wife and I go there and have recommended other family and friends. They're always on top of things, like reminders for appointments, order pickup etc.

Professional, concerned, and knowledgeable —this is the optometrist I chose a few years ago with no regrets.

Call to double check hours, as this is a small locally owned shop and hours/days are subject to change sometimes. But highly recommend! An excellent doctor - not just some shop for glasses and contacts. Dr.Chan is the best. So thorough, and very detailed with his care - he is very talented, and professional. We entrust him with our eye health, and fill all our family’s needs for exams, glasses and contacts here. Prices are reasonable and fair, and multiple insurances are accepted.

Really nice people! The store is a bit far away from my house so I never heard about this place but I’m glad I found it. The store have the most varied selection of frames covered by insurance I have ever seen.

Went in for glasses + contact eye exams and Dr. Chan was super sweet and very helpful. Never felt rushed at all and he answered my questions very thoroughly. Genuinely the best eye doctor I’ve ever met with and his staff was also super friendly and very helpful. 10/10 recommend - will continue seeing Dr. Chan till he retires lol

Jose Chan is a patient, kind, and diligent doctor. He takes his time, giving me the utmost attention so that I never feel like he is rushing through the process. One thing I love is the wait, or lack thereof. I don't know how his office isn't bustling, but every time I go in for an appointment, I have to wait no longer than 10 minutes. I have been seeing Dr. Chan for years and don't plan on ever switching for my annual checkups. Mrs. Chan, the receptionist, is sweet and answers my questions about my health coverage carefully. They are a lovely couple and I highly recommend them!

I've been to many eye doctors in the past but, Dr. Chan is the best by far. He's very kind and patient. He explains everything that hes doing and answers your questions. The office staff is helpful and very friendly.. They have a very nice selection of frames and are happy to show you all that you may want to try on. Hands down one of the best eye experiences in awhile.

He's so kind and a great doctor, only eye doctor I've ever been to in my life and I've no intention of changing that. Never a long wait, and you never feel rushed as a patient. Overall great vibes and no scary doctors office feelings whatsoever.

Excellent eye doctor. Takes the time to really explain things to you. He helped me pick out glasses and offered advice on which frame would be better fit on me. Doctor even fitted glasses for me. No wait. Parking is easy in the neighborhood.

Very nice optometrist of Dr. Chan and receptionist. I came in for the first time for a nasty case of pink eye today. After a very comprehensive eye exam, he diagnosed me as having a very likely combination of bacterial and viral conjunctivitis and he also carefully cleaned the gunk in my eyes.. gross! He was patient and helpful. Got my prescriptions and now hoping for the best till next appointment a couple of days from now. I highly recommend because they were kind, helpful, didnt try to rush me out or made me wait for a long time either.

Dr Chan is very kind and patient. He is also a very good doctor. He has a small office which is friendly and quiet. It is a much better choice then the chains that are popping up everywhere.

Friendly, patient, and diligent! Checked my eyes seriously and gave referal for further investigation glaucoma concerns. Nice selection of glasses. Gave me a prescription for both computer distance as well as long distance.

The opthalmologist is ok but he rush the examination and the service is bad.
