Dr. DenHartog and her staff are wonderful. They provide amazing customer service! The friendly environment of that office is felt the moment you walk through the door. Very welcoming and they work as a team, they smile (which is a big plus), have a sense of humor, and make sure that you're taken care of. Each of them that assisted me walked me through what they were doing during my exam. Explained a new option for me so I didn't have to have my eyes dilated...instead they took a picture of each eye - this was something new since the last time I was there. I couldn't ask for a better experience - they truly are the best!~

The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and office manager Jennifer’s personality is contagiously joyful! Was also very helpful with picking the right frames and giving their subjective opinions on styling etc. Dr. DenHartog was awesome and knows what she’s talking about. Very friendly and has a wonderful personality as well! I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and this was easily one of the best clinics I’ve been to. Retinitis Pigmentosa runs in my family so that’s been a topic each time I get my yearly check up. Dr. DenHartog has connections with professionals who specialize in R.P. research at the University of Iowa and will be following my journey and helping me along the way!
