In my experience, for my first time visiting this place, it has been very bad since this has never happened to me in other eye care places. Two months ago I scheduled an appointment to order my contact lens prescription. At this first appointment everything was fine. A week later a lady from the staff called me to tell me that the trial of my contacts was ready and that I should wear them for a few days to see if it was the correct prescription and if I felt comfortable, to let them know so they could order the ones I needed for a whole year. After three days, I called to tell them that I wasn't seeing well and that the contact lenses were a little uncomfortable. The person who answered said they would call me back to see what the doctor decided. I waited for over a week for their call, but they never called. I called twice, and each time I got a recording to leave a voicemail. The third time, I had to leave a voicemail so they would call me back, but they never called. I waited almost two months with no response, so I had to go to the clinic in person to see what was happening. Nobody knew anything, and it turns out that the contact lenses they gave me initially were the permanent ones. But when they gave them to me, they never even did a test to see how they felt or if they were okay, like they always do at other places that take care of eyes. For now, they've given me another appointment in May to see what they decide. Personally, the service has been poor. Adding to that, in many other places they always asked for a portion of the cost upfront to order the contacts and the rest when they were ready, but here I had to pay everything upfront for them to order them. I had to pay everything from day one, and to this day I'm not satisfied because I've had to use contacts that aren't suitable for my vision.
