Did not honor the online appointment. Wasted my half day of work and lost work hours. Felt that receptionist was rude. Without even looking properly she said there is we had no appointment. I showed my online appointment email, she said she didn't have anything and cannot accommodate us. She said may be the online appointment is not working. She did offer another appointment some other day but we will just choose some other vision office as don't know how we will be treated further.

Overall I had a very nice experience. The optometrist was very professional and polite, but nothing really outstanding. What I really enjoyed was picking out frames with the help of an assistant. She was very helpful and pointed out a couple ways to judge eyeglasses that I hadn't heard of before (how the top lines up with your brow line and how the sides follow the line of your cheek bones). She didn't pressure me into buying a higher priced one, just helped me find other glasses that I might like. Price-wise, well nothing was too shocking to me, but I haven't been to other eye places recently so I can't really compare. But you do spend a couple hundred on frames. EDIT: May 2018. I went back to get some new eyeglasses. I saw a new doctor and she was very personable and friendly. It felt like chatting with a new friend rather than an eye doctor. The lady helping pick out glasses was also very nice and she tolerated my endless back and forth over tiny nitpicks. Glasses were still more expensive that those online website advertisements (even with some insurance). Overall though, I had another good experience at this place.
