They don't deserve even one star. I go to my scheduled appointment only to find out the appointment was cancelled on their end. They never confirmed the phone number and email address were still the same. I caught a Lyft ride there and they didn't compensate me for my loss. I don't recommend going there. I should have gone to the other optical place I'd been to in the past. Now I know why I quit coming here. Poor customer service.

My husband has had 2 bad experiences. Last yr he bought glasses . Paid $495 and couldn’t see and they did nothing . He went back this yr. They told him they measured wrong last yr . Their fault . Got new lenses put in new frames from laser and he can’t see out of them. Dr Kittle is good but they aren’t calling back

My first ever google review, and I hope for it to be my last. I try my hardest to always look at the bright side and look past mistakes, giving the business the benefit of the doubt. I would strongly advise customers to shop elsewhere for any eye prescription needs. I came in for an appointment, waited 50 minutes past the time, was not listened to during my exam, and was treated extremely poorly. Wasted an entire day full of time and energy, with no new prescription to show for.
