I recently visited Primary Vision Care in Waynesville. I am acutely aware of my vision, and had been having trouble getting the proper vision correction prescription. I was referred there by someone who thought they could help. Not only was everyone friendly and professional, Dr. Haack took the extra time necessary to finally "get it right". I no longer need to search for a new Optometrist! Thank you.

The doctor is great but they need to get rid of Jennifer. She is rude. I’ve called to find out the status of my glasses and she made me feel like I’m a bother calling and very rude. A very bad experience

The entire team was friendly and took the time to listen to my eye concerns. I was referred to them by the VA and they made sure to explain how to obtain prescription glasses from the VA after. Overall a great experience.

Not sure how this wonderful vision care facility got such a poor rating but I have had nothing but wonderful service and care. Haley even straightened out a Insurance card problem for me. Love my new frames and lenses.
