The young lady at check in is so sweet. Grace is really wonderful with kids. She makes them feel at ease throughout the whole process. Dr. Roger Mateossian is very informative and thorough. Our experience was wonderful today.

I highly recommend Pritchett Eye Care-Baker. All staff are friendly and efficient. Dr Huntting is professional and listens to his patients. Both my husband and I go here for our annual eye exams.

Dr. Tim is the best! However; Update edit June 2023 I have changed my review to 1 star due to the unprofessional and rude and uncaring staff, including Jeanie and front desk “workers”. My current experience there.. Told me I needed cataract surgery. Also told me I would receive new glasses after. Ok so I followed their instructions and had it done. Now my insurance won't pay for new glasses post surgery . I called Pritchett. A woman named Jeanie called and said my insurance doesn't cover the glasses after. I asked why didn't you tell me this before. She had no answer. They should have said from the start that while I need surgery my insurance won't pay for glasses. I wouldn't have had it done at all! They are rude there, Jeanie is rude, And they knew all along what would happen but didn't tell me! After I sat in the office for over 2 hours thinking I'm there to get new glasses, the girl behind the desk tells me, " oh btw you aren't eligible for new glasses til November ". I said ,but I just had surgery. She said well your not eligible and left me sitting there! They are constantly double booking people, leave you waiting, not telling you full information about what your insurance will and won't pay and to top it off they are the most rudest group of front desk workers I've ever encountered! The Dr is wonderful however they never put my call through to him, never gave my message to him, and the Dr is unaware of my predicament and since they hide everything from him, probably never know. I would never recommend this place or their service. Last word from Jeanie a few minutes ago was, we can give you the script and you're welcome to go anywhere and pay for your glasses. I get $707 on social security monthly.. I guess no eye sight for me! That's Pritchett eye don't care!
