My wife had an eye exam done at Pro Eye and ordered lenses for her frames. She likes her frames and they were in fine shape. Well, the tech broke her frames while putting in the new lenses. You guessed it, we were told it was our fault, we should know better. We were able to get a refund for the lenses but need to buy new frames somewhere. Buyer beware.

Drove all the way to Lincoln and forgot my daily contacts at home over 2 hours away. Called Pro Eye and they were able to give me samples and solution— no questions asked. They saved the day!! Great, kind people.
