This was my 2nd time having an eye exam at this location. I’ve had a great experience each time and was seen promptly. The staff is very friendly and know how to give great customer service. This is why I chose to go back although I had other options. The atmosphere is nice and cozy! It’s not in a congested area and there is also a business inside that sale frames. I have 20/20 vision and only need reading glasses so not much detail about anything beyond. I highly recommend making an appointment at this facility. The optometrist are the best and have such a wonderful attitude!! There is plenty of parking and it’s not in a congested area. They also have parking spaces for patients which I think is very thoughtful!!

The service was good and they were able to get my husband and I in, together. They too the time out to explain our benefits to us. They didn’t rush out our the door, even though it was a Friday. We loved the optometrist and her expertise.

The BEST customer service! I brought 2 of my younger kids and had the best experience. Highly recommend!! Every single person in that office was so nice and welcoming! Our eye exam from Dr Bearden was amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough!
