Not happy with this Company. Order a clear lenses for glasses. Had surgery done, and needed 1 clear lenses. I was told the glasses would be back on Wednesday, Nope not back until Friday, and not phone call to let me know that the glasses were in. NOT CORRECT. BUT IN, YOU WOULD OF THOUGHT THEY WOULD OF CHECK BEFORE DISPENSING THE GLASSES BACK TO ME. BUT NO!!!! They had glasses for over a week. Went to pick up on Friday, gave me the glasses, with not clear lenses. Only lenses was the prescription lenses. Why did they have the glasses sent out for a clear lenses and not make one. What did the lab do for over a week. Then she was going to keep the prescription lenses. UNBELIEVABLE.

The optician was awesome and spent time making sure I got fitted for just the right glasses! My experience was great! The glasses came in one week and again she spent time making sure they fit correctly and explained the care to me in detail. The glasses are a perfect fit and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend Professional Optical! It’s also very convenient as it’s located within the office of Opthalmic Physicians!

I had called last week for an appointment for eye strain. They set me up with a time for Monday. When I came to the desk, I gave her my name and appointment time, and she said, “We don’t have you on our schedule.” Then she said “Oh, you don’t have to see Dr. GR until January.” I was flabbergasted!! What a way to warmly accept and welcome a patient! How should I respond to an off-putting statement “Oh, you don’t have to see Dr. GR until January?” Did she want me to say “My mistake,” and walk out? She then mentioned the words ‘new system’. She said she’d try to get me in, and I said, “Well, I do have an appointment.” She then admitted that mistakes have been happening, but she will get me in. When I was called back, I asked if I was on the schedule, and the technician said “yes, on our side you are." I also saw a poster about the new system being installed early June and it would take a few weeks. Now that it’s August, I wonder why the receptionist didn’t see my name missing and then proceed to investigate further? The ‘new system’ is a big clue, as is other mistakes, to tell anyone to check further. Nevertheless, she spoke to me with “Oh, you don’t have to see Dr. GR until January.” My appointment was with ML for eyestrain, not with GR for an annual exam. It seems she was more interested in spouting off that she knew everything, or was just reading off the terminal whatever was written there, and not applying cognitive skills.
