First time I have been to this Eyecare center. Must say I was impressed. Met with Optometrist Henry Truong who gave me a thorough exam. Gave me advise on a certain lens that would make my viewing my computer and reading letters or books better at the same time. After I meet with Dagmar Storms who help me find a pair of glasses that would look good and fit me comfortable. I will give them both 5 stars for service and hospitality.

The visit with the Doctor was fine but the male Assistant was a little short and made us feel not welcomed. He seemed not happy to be working there. Rushed through the whole thing and attitude needs to be checked. It's fine if I was the only one who was treated that way, but my husband said the same thing. So clearly he needs more training on how to treat patients.The 2 female assistants were great.

The staff at this office has customer service skills above par from beginning to end. I especially liked the young lady doing my eye exam. At each step of the way she made sure I was comfortable, she let me know she sanitized all equipment and machinery, her demeanor was positive and bright. I wish I had taken the time to get her name. I'd like for you to enjoy her customer service too. She was so good that it felt as though I was at an exclusive spa. I'm not kidding. She was GREAT. My Ophthalmologist (I forget his name) was super kind, caring, thoughtful, and funny. Eye candy for sure but very professional. Just thought I's throw that in for the ladies.
