Today a have an eye appointment I walked in as usual and to my surprise all new faces as I approached the front desk the female kept talking in Spanish on the phone I stood there for 3 mins with no acknowledgment so I look towards the eye wear and again notice a new face I felt uncomfortable and then I asked is this a new office to the eyewear female and with an not so nice reaction she said if your here for an appointment you need to talk to the other girl in front well I would have if I got acknowledged that I have arrived and was given at least a I will be with you in a minute but nope so I turned around and left I don't know what the hell is going on but it's a big no for me I will find another eye place it really bothered me because I have been going here for over 30 yrs yes that it was a place I looked forward to it was very polite and just an all around pleasant environment and the people were always respectful and polite and informative I feel completely let down I don't know what is going on in the world with people but this is not how you treat people and it's sad I have to leave this for this business I don't know what your experience will be but mine was beyond pleasant And let me add there was no one in the office but one girl behind the desk one girl and the eye glasses section and myself so there was no misunderstanding and when I turned around and walked out no one even asked or tried to stop me from leaving I am sitting in the parking lot writing this with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes to be treated like this from a place that I had high regards for......signed disappointment

I went for an eye checkup and it was a very smooth process. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be going back here for future appointments!

I love this place but I had to update the Friday hours, Google said OPEN until 4PM but they’re actually closed. Other than that theyre a great operation

I have been a patient for many years. Excellent care for eye exams and glasses and cataracts including surgery if needed easily arranged. Very accessible and office staff courteous and helpful. I am a physician so I am in a good position to assess medical care and I highly recommend this group.

I stayed for 7 hours and still didn’t get service after super over priced DO NOT GO also is located in the biggest hospital in providence super hard to find

My sister took my daughter to get her eyes checked and the doctor had to send her to another place and my sister said he was amazing didn't just give her glasses but felt she would be better off somewhere else. She said the staff was amazing very friendly seemed like a wonderful work environment. I wanted to leave a review to thank the Doctor and all of the staff for a great first eye doctor experience for my daughter!

Providence Eye Associates is wonderful and I only have to walk across the street to go there everyone is very pleasant and it’s nice to see them when you go there because everyone is so nice and you don’t see that very much anymore

Very polite front desk. Caring and thorough exams. They always will go that extra mile for you and take their time with you. Making you feel like you're their only client at all times. Love this place so much

I was greeted by Tianna and Joyce at the front desk. They were so kind and helpful. The doctors at Providence eye are amazing. Overall, wonderful experience, highly recommend! Thank you for going above and beyond to help me.

My family has been coming here for years — my mother even worked in the building for 27 years — and I would never switch. The care, professionalism, and friendliness here are unmatched. Westminster Eye Care has nothing on this place! Highly recommend!

At first hard to find, inside a big brick building. But the service is so incredible! They fixed two of my glasses not bought there for free. And the OD was so kind, professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

Dr. Levin is the best, Have been going here for years. The friendly service keeps me coming back. Thanks for all you do.
