I have been receiving care at this location for almost 5 years. I can't express enough how amazing the staff is. They are all extremely kind. I have been seen by Dr. Prudhomme for 2 years now, and he is amazing at his job. He is knowledgeable and treats patients extremely well. The front desk staff is also amazing at what they do. Overall, all the staff here are so understanding, kind, and genuinely treat patients like family.

Had an excellent experience at Prudhome Vision! The doctor was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood each part of the exam. Friendly staff and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Jeremy Prudhomme was able to recommend a special formula for the prescription of my eyewear where I am going to be able to see more clear when I am working in front of my computer.

Doctor and staff were friendly and courteous. I did not have an appointment and needed a prescription adjustment. They fit me in to see the doctor same day! I really appreciate the extra time Dr spent with me to make sure all my concerns were addressed and questions answered. Highly recommend.

Dr Jeremy and Regan Prudhomme are tremendously professional and helpful. I’m a first time contacts user as a 40yo+ adult and they were patient in getting me to a comfort place in using them. Very friendly staff from the time I checked in with the front desk. The technician that gave me my eye tests explained what she was doing and assisted me in adjusting my position for each test. The doctor was very detailed in explaining the findings of my test results.

I had a horrible experience. I am going on vacation soon and haven’t been seeing well, so I scheduled an appointment for 1:30. I arrived 19 minutes early as requested. No one told me when I arrived only one doctor was in and was running 45 minutes late. I ended up leaving, but not before explaining the friendly-but-useless receptionist that my time is valuable, and that appointments shouldn’t be made if they cannot be fulfilled. The receptionist was only able to guess that the doctor would be able to see me in 15 minutes, almost an hour after my arrival. The doctor called me after I left to tell me I could come back and not have to wait, entirely missing the point that I’d BEEN waiting. Apparently, there was a walk-in “emergency” that put him behind schedule, which no one bothered to tell me about. (Why he took a walk-in when he was the only doctor in and had scheduled appointments is beyond me.) The day after, I got an email asking me to reschedule “for a better time.” The time I chose was the best and only time I had available, and I did not no-show. The lack of customer service, care, or courtesy I was shown was absurd and unacceptable in this type of business. I understand things happen, and am generally sympathetic, but I was told nothing, and just expected to patiently wait for who-knows-how-long. I will not be returning.

Dr. Pham was very kind and thorough. I have never had an eye doctor explain everything they are doing and also explain aspects of the exam and my vision to me so I was really impressed by the level of care she provided. It was a great and easy visit.

Dr. Prudhomme and his wife are both very friendly and knowledgeable practitioners. My teenage daughter and I have seen them for eye care and they are sure to explain everything in great detail with warmth and care. Visits always feel like you're hanging out with a friend who happens to be an optometrist.

I went in for a routine exam and some questions about trying out progressive lenses. The staff were super helpful and got me through the basic tests quickly, the Dr. Pham did my exam and impressed me with how she listened and gave really helpful answers to my questions, as well as explaining the exam results and giving me information about some things to look out for based on my level of nearsightedness. I'm definitely planning to go back here next year!

The optometrist Jeremy Prudhomme was wonderful. He was personable and very thorough. And best of all he explained where I was vision health wise and what to be careful of and watch for in the future.
