Cannot recommend this place enough! Mr. Perry saved the day for me today when he repaired the broken arm on my dental loupes. He went above and beyond the quick fix I came in looking for, and gave me lots of helpful tips on maintaining the longevity of my glasses. Gabby was also super kind and helpful on the phone. So glad I found this little gem of a local business.

Hello everyone! I ran across pupil optical, totally by coincidence. But I must say thank God I did. I went in and was serviced by the sweetest, kindest, most professional young girl I have ever met. Her name was Gabby. She assisted me in picking out frames. That not only looks , but would fit my face properly as well. She expressed to me that my glasses would take 5 to 10 business days. My glasses were in and she contact me in less than five days to let me know they were ready for pick up. I highly recommend Pupil optical. The The frames are very nice a very wide selection. Amaaaazing! My mom hates picking out glasses, so I always go with her. We've never seen such personalized care, executed by great personalities. Service was fantastic, selections available were perfect! Danny was knowledgeable, thorough and genuine! I will never bring her anywhere else!

Very poor customer service. Waited 2+ months for glasses. Called several times to check and each time told they would call when ready. We called again only to find out the frames wanted were no longer available. No one called to let us know! So, drove back to pick out another frame and was told they would put a rush on them and they would call when ready. Three weeks later called to check and was told they had been ready for a week. Again, no call to let us know. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable for a business!!

My wife and I have been going to Pupils choice for years. We live in mandeville but it is so worth the trip. Perry is one of the nicest guys I know and he always puts us in some great eye ware.

These guys are always attentive and fun to chop it up with. Veteran run and dude and has some great stories. Oh yeah, fixed my normal wear and tear on my glasses quick and didn't charge me anything.
