I called Quality Eye Care late on a Saturday night when my vision in one eye deteriorated during the course of the day. Dr. Samy called me back within an hour and instructed me to be at his office the following morning. He personally opened the office on Sunday morning, turning on machines, computers and air conditioning. When his diagnosis was a detached retina, he again personally called a retina surgeon, scheduled an appointment for me the following morning and wrote out instructions and addresses. The surgery was completed a day later.
His focus on his patient, willingness to open his practice on a Sunday, quick diagnosis and plan of action and his ever calm demeanor were exactly what I needed. Thank you Dr. Samy !
