It was my first visit to Quality Eye Care. I walked in and looked around. I was immediately greeted by Giselle. She asked me for my insurance card and ID and told me what my copay would be and took the payment. The waiting area was clean and there was a large screen tv available to guests to pass the time while waiting. When it was my turn to go in, Giselle was the one who took me into another room to check my eyes on some equipment, then told me that the Doctor would see me now. I was escorted into another room and had my exam. I really liked that they explained everything being done. After my exam, I went back into the waiting room to pick out frames for my glasses . Giselle really took the time to help me pick frames that she thought looked good on me and to go over pricing. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Had a great experience here the staff was so nice and helpful. The person that sold me the glasses was very detailed and explained all prices to me so I’m a little confused on the other comments about them not explaining things. I was also recommended the gland treatment as someone in a previous post had mentioned it was pricey but they don’t force you to get it done they just recommend it and let you know it’s something that can help you. The ladies do such a good job at explaining it and any questions I had they answered. I was given a brochure as well so I could do more research before booking. I did end up getting the treatment done and I was very impressed she washed her hands and wore gloves and explained each step what she was gonna do. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. Definitely will be coming back.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Quality Eye Care, and I felt it necessary to share my experience so others are informed. Right from the start, it seemed they prioritized profits over patient well-being. I was genuinely shocked to see secretaries and cashiers tasked with procedures that, in my opinion, should only be performed by certified professionals, especially considering the exorbitant prices they charged. They give lower prices when asking over the phone and charge you a higher price once you arrive. They also DONT WASH HANDS when doing expensive treatments!! I had to ask them to put on gloves! I even made all doctors aware of all of this and they were very unprofessional. Moreover, I noticed a blatant lack of respect towards Spanish-speaking customers. Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their language preference. Instead, it felt as though they were being singled out for unnecessary procedures, likely to inflate the bill. It's disheartening to see a medical institution prioritize their financial gain over the health and well-being of their clients. Please be cautious if you decide to visit Quality Eye Care and make sure to get a second opinion if they recommend expensive procedures. Nobody should be taken advantage of, especially when it comes to their health.
