I'm not the person to complain or write a bad reviews, but this time it got to me that I had to. I had trouble with this optometrist before but decide to give them a second chance since they're close and once more got disapoiment. I went to get my glasses fix because one of screw was lose and they told me to leave and come back in a few hours, when I went back to pick them up they told me they send to lab. They never got my permission to send my glasses off, and they still had the nerve to charge me to get them fix. Couldn't do nothing about it because it was send out already. Told me that I will have by Wednesday. I didn't go Wednesday (yesterday) because I didn't want to hear that it wasn't ready so I came/went today(Thursday) and still no glasses. After they told me it wasn't going to be ready til Wednesday the next day I went headed and bought new glasses for $400 thinking I would get one pair of glasses because I depend on my glasses so I can drive, work or school. So I say even if you have to pay or spent a little more go somewhere else. I really don't recommend this place at all. Just giving my experience so people won't go throw my situation.

This office was able to get me in same day and I was in and out within an hour. The doctor was very thorough and honest and I appreciated that he recommended what was best for me and not what was going to bring him the most revenue - that's hard to come by these days!

I really appreciate Dr.Pham. I need to do cataracts eye surgery but I was not comfortable with my previous optometrist so I visited him as a second opinion. He explained very well and I understand what I should do with comfortable. Thank you very much Dr. Brian and very kind staff!!!

I have never left a review in my life but I had to for this absolute terrible experience. My mom went to get new glasses and had the whole routine done. She was told she needed a stronger prescription in which she was ok with, and I even paid about $400 to have them done nicely, but when she got them, she immediately noticed that they were way too strong. We went to tell them about it but they very rudely wrote it off as "giving it more to time to get used to it." Then my mom went to another optometrist to have her eye sight AND the glasses check out, and the other doctor confirmed that she had been given a way stronger prescription than what she needed. Please do not come here especially when there are much better places in the area because this was truly such a disappointment.

I give this five stars because from the beginning to end my experience was great. It'll be my first set of glasses and I'm really excited to get them and start wearing them. Thank you ladies at the front desk for being nice and polite. I told the doctor that I would give him five stars, so here I am :) .

Terrible service! My spouse is upset with his glasses. The prescription is too strong. And when he went to pick up his frames for a fitting, they did not even try to properly fit him. They never offered to sit him down and shape and place his frames correctly, they didn’t even provide a contact lens case. He is upset. This is poor negligent service. Do not go here.

Worst experience ever. I called to make an eye exam appointment and was asked if I have insurance, I said I would pay cash. They asked repeatedly for insurance in order to schedule an appointment. Unbelievable, denied service for wanting to pay cash. I ask to speak with the person in charge, she hangs up on me. I call back and they won't answer the phone. With so many choices of optometrist in the area I don't need to be treated this way.

This place is really great. I felt very comfortable with staff and Dr's. He look at everything as I was concerned about my eye due to being assaulted. He was laughing because im not very trusting lol but he was nice about it. Its also great that he takes la healthcare . The dr is a man of few words but if you have questions just ask him and he will explain and answer. He's really nice. Im so happy I found them. Thank you so much 💓 💗 💛 💖 ☺️

I was able to walk in and get a same day appointment with Dr. Pham. He was able to fit me for contacts that allow me to see clearly and fit perfectly. He listed to every question I had and responded accordingly instead of just trying to push me to buy one brand over another. I will definitely be back when it is time to purchase more contacts.

Excellent customer service. Took my daughter who’s still a minor and was a bit hesitant about it since it was her very first eye exam but they made it a pleasant and easy experience for her . Highly recommend. And they work with Medical as well . Amazing !!!!
