I had a pair of glasses I absolutely loved that broke. Found out they discontinued making the frame. I went to 2 other places and they basically shrugged their shoulders and said buy new glasses. Juan was professional and understanding. He didn’t offer one solution but several solutions if the first didn’t work out. It took 10 minutes and luckily the first solution worked. You can’t even tell they broke! Even if he wasn’t able to fix my glasses… the energy of being proactive, positive, and hopeful instead of trying to force me to buy a new pair made me feel infinitely better. Total pros and experts at what they do.
