I came here because they excepted my insurance I noticed they have really bad reviews on yelp, after further assessment I can for sure say this small optometrist practice is the best. They are really thorough in checking your vision they took photos of my eye on two different machines and checked my eyes on this machine that enhances the alphabet to check the distance they found things in my eyes that zeiter missed this my first time I ever needing glasses this year I will be a repeat customer

Had called to reschedule a appointment because this would be my 1st time their and i didnt get a reminder call as i thought i would like other places do, so i missed it,but when i called to reschedule the lady was quite rude telling me it would be 40$ to pay her now over the phone when that didnt sound right to me she seemed eager to hang up when i was deciding if it was worth the 40$ she said i could just come by then to drop it off then she would make me an appointment i kindly asked would my medical cover that just out of curiosity and she said no when i figure how i wanted to pay shell give me a appointment. Kinda off to me if thats their policy why not say that from the jump and why not throw that out their that they do not give reminder calls and if you miss we will charge you a 40$ fee?

This optometry office would be the last business I recommend to friends and family. Unless you had nowhere else to go, I would suggest another business with better customer service. Tina, I don’t know what your problem is - maybe you’re trying to save money by cutting corners - idk but that’s not even the worse part. You need to take classes on how to improve your customer service skills. The first time I come in as a new patient, I come in for my annual eye-glass exam. I am also primarily a contact user so I have contacts in my eyes when I come in for the visit. Tina tells me that I cannot be seen if I do not remove my contacts. Which is fine, so I ask for disposable contact cases to which she answers, they do not have nor do they provide. I tell her then I must reschedule this appointment as I cannot just toss this pair of contacts since I drove myself to this office. She then insists they do not reschedule appointments but now she has a solution! She is willing to LEND me a contact case in which I will need to give back to her after my eye glass exam. Ok, first off, that is really gross and unsanitary! I hope to G- that she didn’t give me used contact cases. When I’m finally seen by the actual doctor - he was really nice and helpful. They must not be on the same page because when I walk into the exam room, I apologize that I didn’t have my own contact case on hand - to which he replies, “It’s okay! We have plenty!” Then when it’s time to choose my glasses, Tina is the only one present to help. The process was so quick and she just seemed impatient to get me out of there. Well today, I return 4 weeks later to pick up my glasses. I was the one to take initiative and call the office yesterday asking for the status of my glasses. Conveniently, Tina tells me yes they just arrived today. Yeah, sure I don’t believe you but whatever. I come in to pick up my glasses and I ask for a glasses wipe which are usually complimentary- to which she informs me the glasses don’t come with one but one is available for purchase. Total night and day from this optometry office and my regular optometry, Tracy optometry (located in Tracy and the reason why I decided to give this place a try since it’s in town). I will never come back here again.
