she doesn't care

I've been a patient for a long time, and I am satisfied with Dr. Quintanas eye services. The only issue I have is they appear to be closed a lot. I call and call, and only get their voicemail. I've left messages, and 'one time' I received a call back but a few days later. No bueno.

I used to go to them but they used to cancel my appts always at the last minute.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. I'm hard to please and, but this place has been so amazing. Not just the doctor, but the staff has and continues to be amazing to me. I honestly cannot say enough about how pleased I am with a service that I've gotten from not just a doctor, but from her medical staff Dr Quintana

Dr Quintana is a dear lady - very caring, very patient, and very good at what she does.

Unfortunately I have had some related experience, but not with the doctor its her staff who doesn’t know how to deal with doctors patients to make a long story short no people oriented nor patients relationships experience !

Doctor Quintana is a lovely person, my only complaint is they RARELY answer the phone and aren’t there when it says they’re open

i’ve been going here for years and lately their service has been really bad. I called multiple of times to make an appointment, they don’t even answer. when I finally got an appointment I went and everything was closed and the lights were off and there was other people as well who were also waiting for 40 minutes… no notice that they were closed whatsoever, I personally wouldn’t recommend going to this place for glasses.

I will not be coming back here. They cancelled my appointment last minute when I was already in the parking lot. They finally called back to reschedule A week later. Lastly it’s been 5 weeks and still haven’t received my glasses!
