I had a positive experience with my optometrist, who demonstrated professionalism and expertise in the field. After instructing me to take a seat, I patiently waited for my prescription. However, despite observing other customers arriving, checking in, and promptly being taken for their appointments, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes without assistance. This discrepancy raises questions, and I am left with certain assumptions regarding the lack of inclusivity.

I saw Dr Adrian Salamanca, and he was so great. Friendly, patient, and informative. The staff was also very friendly and patient as I tried on a dozen different glasses. Glad to have found them and will go here for all of my eye exams. Very community oriented too.

The Doctor and staff provide a great customer experience. I was most impressed with how thorough Dan was with my eye exam in making sure i got the correct lenses for my glasses. I’m looking forward to a continued relationship as a client.
