Had cataract surgery on both eyes with multi focal lenses. The surgeries went great and my vision is much better.
Gotta admit, scheduling and visits were a pain!!! It took three months to book my initial appointment after my eye Dr diagnosed cataracts. Dr was an hour late on my initial appointment and 30 min on second one (both scheduled start of the day an no apologies for either).
Considering the surgery doesn’t occur on site, they don’t send meeting invites with the details or even text messages (they DO send text messages to make sure your billing is squared away).
Basically to confirm the appointments or locations, I was told “I had already been provided that information”. Yes I was - as an email link to a secure website with separate credentials as part of 15 pages of documentation and authorizations.
I had one surgery Friday AM, so I waited a bit and the Dr checked my eye after surgery and said I was good. The other surgery was a Wed AM and I had to come back (45 min one way drive) on Thurs for the post op check up - that again, Dr was late to make.
Basically the surgery itself was 5 star, easy procedure and greatly improved my vision.
Anything “office” related was a 1 star. I would encourage my wife to look elsewhere if she needs the procedure.

Love this office, Timothy Jordan did my daughters surgery and it was very successful. I must also shout out Lauren at this office (at the check out desk) she went above and beyond…. She knew we had driven two hours and I asked her what stores were near that I could go get a car charge from because my battery was dead on my phone and I needed it for my gps and this sweet girl, went above and beyond and went and got me her charger. That was a random act of kindness and it meant more than she knows.

Dr. Jordan is great. The office staff is rude, the triage line doesn't return calls (4 voicemails over 2 weeks, no call back) and their portal is useless because no one in the office can provide a key to setup registration for the first time. Minus 3 stars for the reasons above, not because of Dr. Jordan.
