Was calling to set up an appointment and decided against it with the lady that answered the phone. Rude is an understatement and the way she spoke to me is unacceptable for any practice. They need to rethink the face and voice of their practice. The doctors maybe great but if this is any reflection on them I’d avoid them.

Mom showed up for cataract surgery and office was closed. Didn't get a call or any notification. Called the number on the door sign and was told the next earliest appointment was 5 months out.

The doctor is a nice man. The office staff is sadly lacking in many areas. The office does not pick up the phone in a timely manner. Hold times can run ten minutes or more before you speak to a person. This has happened repeatedly and is not a one off situation. They don't respond to requests for basic information via email. One office staffer prescribed eye drops that the patient chart showed they were allergic to and didn't use a pharmacy that the patient was insured through.
