I really like Dr Hudgins. He really helped me with my dry eye issue. BUT the Optical portion of the business is HORRENDOUS. I can’t think of a worse word to use. I’ve been trying to get glasses that I paid for since March 2023. It’s now October 2023!! I gave them MULTIPLE CHANCES UPON CHANCES to get the multiple pairs of glasses that I ordered but they always had some excuse as to why they didn’t have them. They were always coming “next week”. I finally gave up this month and I asked Jessica to have the purchase reversed on my insurance and refund my money. She did reverse my insurance but did not give me my money back! She said she was doing it that day. I am more than livid! I went to another reputable eye glass place in North Hills this past Saturday and 6 days later - I have two pairs of glasses. STILL NO REFUND FROM DR. HUDGIN’S OFFICE!! Now I can’t get anyone to talk to me!!! They don’t answer their phones or emails. I am super disappointed in this whole experience. I would CAUTION anyone from placing any orders from this office. Jessica does not follow through with anything she says. It’s all been lies. I had been more than patient every time they told me they were coming in “next week”. 7 months later I’m still not finished. I just need my refund of over $400! This is FRAUD! Thank goodness I only paid for one pair of glasses. I was waiting to pay for the second pair. That is a lot of money to me. I do not recommend this place to others. I should have read the reviews before I did business here. I am not the only one with horrendous complaints.

I’ve seen many Optometrist over the years and I’ve never had such a great experience! From the front desk staff, the Medical Tech, Bailey and Doctor Hudgins, I’ve never felt more welcomed and heard. Dr. Hudgins and his Technician, Bailey were professional and efficient with a great personal touch.

As a dr , dr Hudgens is excellent. His current office staff who calls himself the manager is the worst. He berated my wife and then he decided not the Dr that he would not give us an appointment. We have been Hudgens patients for years but since we don't want to deal with this so called office manager we are changing optometrist.
