I've been seeing Dr. Wong for a couple decades. I have a certain eye condition that requires extra time for contact lens fittings and he's always given me the level of care that I expect. I've also tried a few other doctors in the area and either felt hurried or just did not get the same results that Dr. Wong delivers. He set's the bar for OC ophthalmologists. Some other reviews may focus on his office staff, but they're relatively easy to deal with if you just stay on point. What matters is the level of service you get from the doctor, and Dr. Wong is extremely gifted.

Update: It is extremely sad when you feel all they care about is money and their commission. There was a gentleman that didn't have insurance and he needed glasses, instead of asking his price range or what other options he had (like getting his prescription at Costco) it felt they were pushing him to buy a very expensive pair of glasses there. I wish I could have gotten his name, also they were not being as kind as they usually 'are' with him. He spoke Spanish so I couldn't resist so I decided to talk to him and tell him he had options, like if he didn't have all the money to pay for a pair of glasses there, he could go to Costco or another clinic that could work with his price range, mind you he had already paid over $200 for that visit. To which the lady (Nadia) yells at me, and says, 'you are here for your eye exam not to take clients {sales} away from me' It proved me they care about their commission more than the commitment of helping people. She wanted her sale more than helping a man to see without caring if he had the means to pay for glasses. Sad sad sad. Also, as a someone that also dealt with customers, you never say something like that, I don't care how mad you're , you don't. Also Celina, the only nice girl that was there is no longer there, I don't know why, but I don't blame her. Got my last appointment with Dr Wong, he is truly an amazing doctor but I refuse to go back to a place where commissions and sales are more important than people. *** First review 2017 Dr Wong is extremely knowledgeable always kind and his staff is nice, I've been their patient for over 3 years now and I'm so happy with all the help I have received

Dr. Wong and the staff are true professionals. Excellent experience every time I come in for my annual check ups and to pick up contacts. Contact orders always arrive before they are scheduled to arrive and I am promptly called as soon as they come in. A+ office, highly recommend
