Everyone is very nice and efficient. Doctor Randy B Carter, OD is excellent and kind. He spent time explained to me about glaucoma and cataract. Thanks so much for everything they do to keep my vision healthy.

The people at the front desk were friendly as well as professional. Dr. Carter and his assistant were kind and patient in answering my questions to my complete satisfaction. After my appointment I needed an item suggested by Dr. Carter as well as to set my next appointment. The people at the front desk were very accommodating and worked to find a date and time that worked well for me. Thank you for being focused on the patient by choosing such excellent doctors and staff!

This was my first visit to the eye institute. I went in because I had something in my eye that was driving me crazy. They were able to get me in immediately which was wonderful. The staff were all extremely friendly, the doctor was knowledgeable and caring, and the office was warm and inviting. I will definitely be a returning client.
