Dr. Raul Masvidal is the best! He takes time to listen. Brilliant and extremely knowledgeable physician! He is one of the kindest professionals I’ve ever met, I can’t imagine going to anyone else.

I took my grandma for an appointment she had at 1:30. We arrive early at 1:15, the told us to sit down as we did FOR AN HOUR AND 15 minutes people who came in after us were attended first, every single person a total of 6 before I finally questioned why they haven’t attended my grandma when her appoint was at 1:30. If her appointment is at 1:30 then it’s your responsibility to comply. Not brush us to the side and attend everyone who came after. Very forgetful people and unprofessional.

Horrible the person at the front desk is not nice at all. Not helpful and she even hung up on me once. Being a doctor is a service and you're paying so get a better service someplace else.
