I thought the Dr. was great and professional. What was concerning to me was the strong smell of Marijuana inundating the entire facility. I don't think it was the Dr. but could of been the assistant fitting me for glasses. How could you take care of customers and work with something so delicate as the human eye when you are under the influence. I understand it is legal but so is alcohol, but I don't drink it before or at work and touch or work close to someone's eyes. Won't return.

I initially contacted his company by phone to inquire if they accepted my insurance. When the representative confirmed that my insurance was accepted I made an appointment. When I showed for my appointment I again sought confirmation on whether my insurance was accepted and what was covered. At this point the receptionist told me she was unsure and referred me to a supervisor who asked to hold my forms while he inquired further. However, I went ahead with her appointment because I was assured that the basic exam was covered. The exam itself was comfortable and thorough. Afterwards, I picked my frames and was instructed to wait for a call to pick up my glasses. When I was contacted to return for my glasses, I inquired about the forms I left but obvious no ne actually look into my question. The service was good but I don't plan to return in the future. My questions were clearly not very important to them, and I'd feel more comfortable with a business that actually is interested in responding to their customers questions and concerns.

5 stars for professionalism 5 stars for courtesy 5 stars for no hassle when I have a problem 5 star for readiness of glasses from purchase 5 star for patience 1 star for quality control I have been coming here for years and I have always be treated with respect. The workers (besides the optometrist) have always been awesome.I received my glasses in a week (this was the summer). I purchased very expensive frames and lenses and noticed the lenses were 2 different shades in the light one was greenish and the other purple. Not sure if this is U.V. Coating or anti-glare. Anyway I brought them back and they sent out for new lenses. I received the new glasses and noticed there was a haze like film on the inside of the lenses so I brought them back again. They took them in the back and cleaned them up.Just to clarify I went home with them and tried to clean them with soap and no dice before going back. The store employees have been awesome throughout the years and never let me down, but I would like to say that whoever does quality control on the glasses before they are released to the customer needs to pay attention to detail.
