Excellent doctor and great staff. If it wasn’t for Dr. Watkin’s evaluation, I would have NEVER known about my deeper eye 👁 issues. She monitors me every time and has referred me to the proper authority for a further eye monitoring. She always checks in with the specialist too. Every time I go, it’s monitored with an eagle eye of care and professional heart. I have even referred my handicap sister to her. She also has worked with me to find even better fitting contacts ...outstanding effort, especially during a pandemic. (I been going to her for almost 6 years or so now btw) She cares about her patients. In regards to the staff, they have been more than kind, ever courteous, and ever professional with me ....and even ever caring to my sick sister as well. They have even helped with transportation issues when her cell died and contacted me promptly too. The place is a 5 star 🌟 In closing, even my former boss had been going to her for 2 decades at least. She knows quality too. This a true medical professional who values her oath she took as a doctor.

We had really bad experience every single time. While booking the appointment she will treat you very bad, she acts as if she is doing a biggg favor for us by giving an appointment, if you call them to cancel for some reason she will taunt you, she is very very arrogant lady. I called back after few days to reschedule an appointment she created a big fuss and fought over the phone because we had to cancel the appointment last time. This Dr.is really nice but the receptionist is really really bad. WE CHANGED OUR VISON DOCTOR JUST because of this person.
