Been going here since I was a kid. Staff is knowledgeable and listens to concerns and takes a lot into account. My eye sight is terrible but I do hair and makeup so they were able to get me a prescription that helps me see yet does not strain when I am reading, doing hair, ect. They also are really helpful with helping me figure out the most valuable way to go about contacts and glasses with my insurance.

I’ve been going there since 3rd grade and they are always nice and remember their regular clients.

I went in a week or so back, the doctor was altogether very professional and personable. I had no problem with the doctors, on the other hand the women at the front counter seemed very pushy and rude. I got my prescription after an hour of them trying to sell me. I told them I would think about my option and come back if needed. I then went ahead and found a better deal on 1-800-contacts for my lenses. The lense the doctor had given me to try I did not like all too well so I had decided to call them back and let them know 1-800-contacts would call to clear up the misinformation from my prescription so I told them I would like them to say I would be fine going with my last brand. When I called to let them know.. they could not find me in their "system." As If I had not been there before, when they finally were able to pull me up the woman seemed aggressive and unkind towards me on the phone. Let's just say I will not be going through them again, they're in need of more friendly and polite employees.

They shared PII over text without confirming if I was the client or not. They also didnt call first to try to reach me. When I called in to complain, I spoke to the general manager and she said all she could do was say "Sorry" she didnt say that Paula the billing coordinator would be notified that she wasnt supposed to disclose personal information through text like the last four digits of someone's SSN as well as first and last names and the date of birth.

I have been going to redwood vision for many years. The Staff have always been very professional. Waiting to receive my new glasses any day. The new optometrist doctor was very kind and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Okelberry for over 25 years and have always been well taken care of but today they were my Heros! Woke up this morning with eye issues, they got me right in, check me out and got what I needed to get through this all for $45.00. I only buy my contacts through them, I'm sure you can get them online for a couple of dollars less but the service they provide is worth way more than anything I can save by buying online. I have Loved being able to see the same Dr. at the same location for all these years, he's great and so is his staff. I highly recommend them and have family and friends that feel the same way.

Amazing people!

I have been going to Redwood Vision Center for years. All the staff amazing. They hear what you have to say answer any questions or concerns you might have. They have a large variety of glasses, contacts and some sunglasses to choose from.

Got new glasses and thay fit nice but thare wore not cup properly and the lenses wore sharp and cut me and I brought them back in thay replacemented them and we payed for scratch resistance lenses and thay keep getting tiny scratches from just cleaning and I've only had them for a month or to.

Went here for years. Had to change doctors because of insurance reasons. My insurance changed again and Redwood vision is now covered. I RAN back. Leaps and bounds better experience than any of my previous providers.

This place is awesome. they have the most friendly helpful kindest staff of anywhere i have ever been as soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome and they always make sure you have been helped and help with any questions or concerns you may have. the doctor is also very good.

Wonderful staff. Have been receiving care for nearly ten years and will keep coming back.

Doctors are great but staff part of the glasses side is not. They are smiles to your face but not very trained. They are very pushy and if you do not say what they want to hear they are very rude. You have to constantly repeat yourself before they get it. They lie to cover them selves and very rude. Their polices are very old fashioned even to get a refund is difficult because they use a very old system. They need a big update and retrain some employees. The doctors are great but get your eyewear elsewhere.

love this office however they seem a little unorganized, i had requested to order some contact lenses last year in May about 2-3 weeks before a trip. i realized i probably wasnt going to get them in time but i had some samples which was fine. when i got back and checked in with them they let me know that my order was on back order, well i never called them back since probably june or july of last year and they didnt check in with me either. it wasnt until now this year that i checked in with them about it and they told me that they were actually picked up which is actually not true becasue i never paid for anything. i wasnt going to argue with them since it had been a while and just left it at that.

Clinic is outdated. Everything is still on paper charts. They have you initial the same paper that you’ve been for 20 years. They never update. This is the second year that they messed up on my glasses prescription and the lady down there is absolutely mean when I call or go down there.

I could not do my job without you.

I think this place is All about Fraud. My wife ordered contacts from them months ago. Have shown up even when the recording says they would be there. And their doors are locked. Old doctor Was an amazing doctor New doctors running this place To the ground.

Decided to see the new Dr. at Redwood Vision. She is AWESOME! It was also nice to see some familiar faces in the staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Laura is the sweetest, most helpful optician! She really knows what she’s doing which is SUPER helpful when picking out glasses. Her customer service is 100/10. I really enjoyed my experience with her. She made it so easy and non stressful. Thank you Laura!

Nearly one month and still waiting for a completed order. Received the first pair after having called to see if they were in yet...that was after three weeks. First time using them and most likely the last. Nice enough people tho.

Terrible place

I have been coming to this place for years and I have nothing but kind things to say about them! They are so nice and they always compliment the frames I choose whenever I go in.

I have been going to Redwood Vision for years, I love them! They are all very helpful and kind. They are always willing to help you find the perfect contact or glasses to fit your needs. I would highly recommend!

They will get your prescription right, I'll tell you that much. Prescription glasses selection is limited and dated though. I usually buy my glasses elsewhere.

Do and I mean don't go to them. They are rude they can't even get your order right. I don't think they will be around long. I questioned one of the ladies and she told me I could go somewhere else. I am not sure the doctor knows how they treat the customer or she might and dost care.

Fantastic vision care. I have complex eye problems, and they take great care of me. Everyone in the office is very kind.
