Dr. Swan is a really good doctor. He is professional, thorough and personable. However, the waiting time is absolutely terrible. I was in the office for more than two hours because I waited so long before I began the process of my eye exam. This is worse than the last time when I waited 45 minutes. But two hours??? They need to correct their staffing shortages problem ASAP or they will begin to lose patients.

The ladies are very kind and compassionate. Answering all of my questions. Dr Masi always has a wonderful disposition. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. My lens replacement surgery was painless and very successful. Still 20/20 vision some 7 years later 👀 …

Receptionist was pleasant and accommodating. It was quite busy when I arrived. Both the technician and Dr Swan were informative and answered any concerns or questions I had.
