I've been with primary eye care for the last 4 years. They are always super friendly and keep my eyes healthy. I've been to two different locations and everybody is delightful in both.

I’ll start this by saying how fantastic the staff is and are very professional all the years I have been a patient with them. I have been under their care for many years. But one thing that I’ve never seen before was as I was waiting to be seen I walked up to the front desk to check on something and the young lady was busy holding her phone. It seems like it’s a totally different atmosphere at the checkin desk, the rest of the girls where busy but did look up to greet me. I hope after reading this the supervisor will make a change about personal phones!!

Usually an excellent experience, but not on Friday afternoon. They were very slow. I just will schedule at a different time. New technician was totally non-communicative and a bit gruff. I felt like I was an unruly student sent to the principles office. Wrong answer and I’d get chastised. Dr. D was great, as usual and long time tech who assisted him was extremely kind and redeemed the experience for me. I’d recommend this practice, but schedule accordingly and watch out for cranky technician.
