Dr Goodman, was awesome he’s a great eye doctor.especially the nurses that work with him are great. The one who put the drops in my eyes treated very nice and was cautious with everything she did. Dr Goodman is definitely a keeper and he also treats my mother too,that’s how he became my doctor because of the way he treats and cares for my mother. The workers who check you in and out are amazing too this place is a ten plus .

I was referred to ReFocus after an accident. They quickly accommodated me that day. This office is run like a fine, oiled machine. Each staff member I’ve encountered was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I’d certainly recommend them, 100%.

Dr Caroline N Benedictis treated very well. She fully understood the issue when we explained. And she clearly communicated what we have to do for the issue. Very polite, so friendly, very professional. Thank you Dr.

I went to see Dr Nippers for a 2nd opion and I wish I had found her first. She is wonder!! Even though I got a needle in my eyelid I still left happy. The receptionist and other staff are delightful. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable.

I have been coming to Refocus for almost 2 years as a patient. I have had many visits and all of the Staff is top notch. I have had Dr. Aporva and Dr. Wandel perform my Eye Care and Treatment. I am saddened to hear Dr. Wandel will not be my Doctor as of July 1st. Id like to thank her personally and wish her well in her new position. It was a pleasure having you as my Doctor. My first time at refocus and I was so pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in. The next person I saw was the young lady that did all the test work before I saw the doctor. She was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and still managed to make it fun. Next was the doctor, she was also excellent and extremely professional. Yet somehow made me feel like I was visiting a good friend. A wonderful experience, would recommend to anyone in my family. Very clean office, no pushy sales tactics. My only complaint is I have to wait another year for my next appointment. Thanks again everyone! Get well Maple! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a concern about changes to my vision in my left eye. The staff (Chris, Jessica and Alyce) were all excellent and very professional in effectively facilitating my office visit and administrating the necessary tests and evaluations. Dr. Apoorva met with me and evaluated and explained to me my vision tests. She did a very good job evaluating my test results and providing me direction and guidance with the next steps I must follow in order to address my vision. I was very pleased with the entire staff, and I highly recommend Dr. Apoorva and her staff. Jeff Fournier

The customer service was proffesional and quick. I waited around 8 min to be seen and finished very quickly. Dr. and staff were knowledgable and courteous. Would definately recommend.

Dr Goodman is the best there is. After dealing with an eye issue for over 6 months, getting wrong diagnoses and seeing 3 other doctors (per recommendations of others), I was referred to ReFocus and the entire experience was amazing. Friendly staff throughout the entire company. I was able to get in quickly for my first exam. Dr Goodman was kind and understanding. He is truly the best there is. Fast forward a few weeks and today he just did surgery to resolve my issue. He and his staff again were great. I could not recommend Dr Goodman and the group at ReFocus more highly!

This office is definitely a 10/10 from beginning to end! Front desk was extremely helpful & attentive. The medical assistant was amazing, gentle & genuinely concerned and really wanting to help & the doctor was extremely helpful, attentive & extremely informative! I went into this office in so much pain & walked out in great spirits & barely any pain! Definitely a great office & so many great employees!

I have been going for yearly eye exams for several years. The receptionist was very pleasant and despite it was lunch time and she was alone, she remained kind and kept working. The next person (Leslie), did some of my exam was pleasant and explained every part of the exam and was very thorough. The last person Dr. Goodman, was very pleasant and explained to me the results of my exam.we spent a few minutes before I left talking about our dogs, and he has a great sense of humor. Check out time ran smoothly and I was given my prescription for new glasses. At the main desk I made my eye exam appointment for next year. Upon leaving the front desk staff all said thank-you. As a nurse It is important to treat each person with respect and kindness, and that is how I was treated for my visit at Refocus on September 7,2023.

Stay away from this place. They will go into your account without your authorization and take your money. When I had my eyes exam the dr was on the phone the whole time and she told me that she had an emergency.
