I've had a disappointing experience at Refocus recently. There have been excessive delays, causing frustration for many patients. Just this week, I waited 70 minutes past my arrival time. The waiting continued during testing and even more before seeing the doctor. Refocus needs to improve their operations before they lose long-time customers like me. Please consider this feedback to enhance the patient experience. PS: This is not a review of Dr. Oberman who's been my trusted eye doctor for almost 20 years. His thoroughness and clear explanations have always left me impressed. He is undoubtedly a five-star professional.

Dr. Oberman is a great doctor, however the wait time when you visit his office is ridiculous. They have no consideration whatsoever of your time and what you may have on your schedule! I appreciate how thorough he was with my mothers surgery, but I hope to never have to come to this office again!

The best professional staff, exceptional Doctor. Responded to eye emergency & immediate scheduling within hours. Very competent, informative, calm manner, felt I was in expert hands. So grateful and ever thankful. ML
