This was my first visit to this eye clinic. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. I waited only about 10 minutes, and the nurse who performed my eye exam was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Miuyi Wong was extremely disappointing. During the examination, she repeatedly played with and flipped her long hair instead of maintaining a professional demeanor. I told her that my eye was swollen, but she immediately insisted that it was not. The swelling was clearly visible to me, and instead of listening to my concerns, she simply said there was nothing she could do. She then offered to prescribe anti-inflammatory eye drops. When I asked if my eye was inflamed, she said, “No.” I then asked why she was prescribing anti-inflammatory medication if there was no inflammation. She changed her explanation and said she thought my eye might just be dry. I found this confusing and inconsistent, and it did not give me confidence in her medical judgment. As I was leaving, she handed me my medical folder and asked me to bring it to the front desk. I politely told her that I was a patient, not a staff member, and that this should not be my responsibility. She then took the folder back without saying much. The front desk staff and nurse provided excellent service, but my experience with Dr. Miuyi Wong was unprofessional and dismissive. I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope the clinic will improve the quality of care and professionalism, as this experience did not reflect the standard I expected.

I had the PRK surgery with Dr.Zhou months ago. Amazing experience!!! Dr. Zhou is a very informative and responsible doctor. I am glad to have her to do my surgery. The surgery was quick and went smoothly than what I expected. She told me what need to be taking care after surgery, and post up visits were incredible. Nice environment and friendly staffs. Super satisfied with my results, highly recommend this clinic.

I went to see Dr. Zhou for my annual eye exam and to help with dry eyes. The office was recently refurbished, and looks great. It is large, modern and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Zhou was able to get me setup with some eye drops that have helped my eyes tremendously.

I had my eyes LASIK'd by Dr. Zhou, and it was smooth sailing from start to finish. She's super chill and knows her stuff. The whole thing was over before I knew it, and I was back to seeing the world in crisp detail the same day. Dr. Zhou's aftercare was just as clear and easy. Anyone looking to get their vision fixed, Dr. Zhou's your hero. She makes the whole laser thing feel like a piece of cake.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received from Dr. Zhou and the entire team. I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes with the Vivity lens implant, and the results have been absolutely tremendous. The change in my life has been incredible. I no longer feel scared to drive in day or night. I can look at my phone and computer without squinting or straining my eyes and without a glasses. Simple things I used to struggle with every single day are now effortless. I highly recommend Dr. Zhou and the team. They truly changed my life, and I am beyond thankful for the outstanding care I received.

Before our visit, I had read some negative reviews about Dr. Wong and felt a little worried when I found out my son would be seeing her. However, our experience was very positive. Dr. Wong was efficient with the routine eye exam and reassured us that my son’s eyes are healthy. She listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The visit was quick, smooth, and pleasant. The front desk staff and assistant were also friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office and will definitely bring my son back to see Dr. Wong for his annual check-up.

Do not recommend especially Dr. Zhou, no patience and lack of caring unless ur matter is real business to her

My mom did cataract surgery last month with Dr Zhou. The entire experience was amazing. Check-in process was smooth, the procedure was painless without any complications, and the recovery was quick. She boasts that after recovery she could see with utmost clarity. Highly recommended!

I took my mom to this place for her annual check up after reading all positive reviews on Google. The reception, and all medical assistants that we encountered with on that day were really friendly and professional, and we thought we would stick this place for future visit. But the doctor, the most important person of the visit, changed the game, she was very “rude” and impatient, my mom doesn’t have a good vision, and it takes a little time for her to read what she saw on the screen during the examination, it makes me feel like she could possible scream at my mom. Well, I guess she had a bad day but I do hope she has a better day when treating her future patients. The doctor name is Wong, MiuYi just in case you wonder. In short, I do recommend this facility, but I can’t say anything good about this doctor, period.

Well-organized and efficiently run clinic in the 8th Ave area. The front desk staff are attentive and polite, making the whole experience smooth from the start. After being recommended to Dr. Zhou by my primary care provider, I received SMILE eye surgery. I had considered laser eye surgery for a while, but I was never sure if I would go through with it (and I probably would not have if I not been directly connected with Dr. Zhou). I was quite hesitant and anxious at first, however, after an initial consultation where Dr. Zhou answered all of my questions about the two procedures (LASIK and SMILE) and offered her expertise, I decided to go with SMILE. Nice office and staff. They have the latest technology no need to dilute the eyes. If you hate those eye drops. They use an advanced machine instead that photographs the back of your eyeballs. The doctors are very knowledgeable.

Dr Di Zhou took care of me. Phenomenal and smart ophthalmologist. Carefully explained my condition in detail. She is very compassionate and took her time to listen to me. I did not feel rushed. The office is very clean with new equipment. The check in process was easy. Minimal wait time. Overall highly recommended and will return myself in addition to referring my friends and family to the clinic.

Update: I had SMILE laser surgery w Dr Zhou. Didn’t know it was an option besides LASIK, she explained clearly the benefits of smaller incision which means less dry eyes and only have to wear safety goggles to sleep for 1 day after surgery as I was nervous about rubbing my eyes. I was sold. 1 month later, my vision is clear and dry eyes much improved. Came for my annual. Professional and efficient staff and doctor. Highly recommend.
